The annual Cancer Care Charity Fun Run returns to Nathon Pier on Saturday, September 26, giving residents and visitors to Koh Samui the chance to run, jog or walk while raising money for cancer care.
Now in its 16th year, the event is organised by Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui in association with the Thai Red Cross Society. Participants can choose from 2K, 5K and 10K routes, making it suitable for both casual participants and more serious runners.

Participation fee: 500 baht per person
The 500-baht entry includes an event T-shirt and breakfast box. There will also be a lucky draw with prizes including Four Seasons hotel vouchers, dining and spa experiences.
The first-place finisher in the 10K will receive the Queen Suthida Cup.
Supporting breast cancer care
Proceeds from this year’s event will go to the Queen Sirikit Centre for Breast Cancer at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital in Bangkok, supporting facility improvements and the purchase of medical equipment for breast cancer patients.
The event has become a significant annual community fundraiser on Koh Samui. According to Four Seasons, the 2025 run attracted 1,158 participants and raised more than 700,000 baht for cancer care.

Yes. The event is open to residents, local businesses and visitors to Koh Samui, and participants can choose to run, jog or walk their chosen distance.
